Hornets Announce New Multi-Year Partnership Deal With Premium Merchandise Provider, Idegy
Agreement Includes In-Arena Branding and Fan Giveaways
November 7, 2024 – The Charlotte Hornets and idegy, a leading branded merchandise agency that works with some of the biggest brands and professional sports teams worldwide, today announced a multi-year partnership under which the brand becomes an Official Partner of the Charlotte Hornets. Under the agreement, idegy will support Hornets Sports & Entertainment (HSE) with various printing and promotional needs, including the installation of arena branding following phase one of the Re!magine Spectrum Center renovation project and fan giveaways throughout the Hornets season.

To tip off the partnership, idegy sourced the team’s Opening Night fan giveaways, including 13,000 Carolina Strong T-shirts to create unity amongst fans and raise awareness of the long-term needs surrounding Hurricane Helene relief efforts, and 10,000 Hive Mentality Rally Towels to promote the team’s newly released tagline. idegy will also source future giveaways during the 2024-25 season, including a Hornets Cup Rally Towel on November 29, Buzz City Kids Day Friendship Bracelet on December 28 and more.
