A Re!magined Culinary Experience at Spectrum Center

Spectrum Center has partnered with industry-leader Levy to develop an elevated food and beverage experience, unlike anything our fans have seen. Our diverse menus have something for everyone who walks through our doors; including high-quality concessions, Carolinas-inspired dishes, health-conscious options and innovative specialty offerings.

In 2024, we embarked on a culinary and hospitality collaboration with Charlotte-based restaurant group Rare Roots Hospitality, bringing a selection of favorite dishes and flavors from Rare Roots concepts – including Dressler’s, Fin & Fino, The Porter’s House, Chapter 6, Joan’s Bakery & Deli and more – to concessions and premium areas throughout the arena.
